SMS / Text Messaging
When you provide a mobile phone number through one of our forms or as part of a service request, we may send you transactional text messages tied to your service — for example, a feedback request after a completed pool service visit. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or any SMS-related opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Text messages are sent through Twilio, our SMS service provider, which processes message delivery on our behalf. Twilio's handling of message data is governed by their own privacy practices.
Message frequency is limited: you will typically receive no more than one text message per completed service visit, and no more than four text messages per customer per season.
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Full program details are also described in our Terms of Service.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may collect or process your information:
- Google Ads & Google Analytics— For advertising measurement and website analytics. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
- Twilio— For sending transactional text messages (such as post-service feedback requests) to customers who have provided a mobile phone number.
- Vercel— For website hosting and delivery.
