Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Pool Geek® Service website (“Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.


Services Description

Pool Geek® Service provides residential swimming pool maintenance, opening, closing, and equipment repair services in the Metro Detroit area. Through this Site you can request quotes, learn about our services, and manage your account.


Quotes & Estimates

Quotes provided through this Site are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on an on-site assessment of your pool and property. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.


Scheduling & Cancellation

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred timing. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.


Payment

Payment terms are agreed upon when you accept a quote. We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and other methods as communicated at the time of service. All amounts are in US dollars.


Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pool Geek® Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of this Site or our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.


Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Pool Geek® Service or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Pool Geek® Service Text Alerts

Program Description

When you become a Pool Geek® Service customer, you may receive text messages related to your service experience, including appointment reminders, service follow-ups, and requests for feedback about completed work. These messages are sent to the mobile phone number associated with your account.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service activity. You will typically receive no more than 4 messages per month. Recurring messages may be sent following completed service visits.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe. You may also opt out by contacting us at service.poolgeek.com/contact.

For help or questions about our text messaging program, reply HELP to any message you receive from us, or contact us directly.

Privacy

Your phone number and messaging data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Supported Carriers

Our text messaging program is supported on all major US wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
